- Tidy by category starting with clothing. This category is really where you learn what truly sparks joy.
- Gather all the items from around the house in each category, put them in a pile, and go through every item, piece by piece
- Choose what to keep, not what to get rid of, by picking up each item and asking yourself if it sparks joy
- If it does, keep it! If it doesn’t, let it go with gratitude by listing it on Poshmark
- Let it spark joy for someone new and thank it for its service and enhancing your life
