What We Accept
Follow these guidelines when filling your bag:
- Like-new or new-with-tags items
- Popular brands with strong resale value (e.g., Coach, lululemon, Free People, Nike)
- Clean, undamaged pieces ready to resell
Please note, any item that does not meet these requirements is subject to donation.
What We Don’t Accept
- Items that are worn, stained, pilled, or damaged
- Low-quality items or fast fashion brands (e.g., Old Navy, Target, Fashion Nova, Shein)
- Items originally purchased for under $50
Items that may be covered by our Prohibited Items Policy are also excluded.

- Keep your Closet Partner In Mind: Items should be clean, folded and ready-to-sell to ensure your Closet Partner can quickly process and list your items.
- Fill Your Bag: Include as many items as you like as long as they comfortably fit in the provided bag and it weighs less than 50 pounds.
- Consider Trending Styles: Have items that match current trends or popular brands? Fill your bag with these styles to turn them into earnings.
- Share the Love: Feel free to include any relevant details (season, purchase price, etc.) on items in the bag with a quick note, or message the Closet Partner directly in-app under My Consignment Bags.
