Whether you’re hitting the gym or produce aisle at the grocery store, activewear is a trend that’s here to stay. Comfort and performance are top factors in choosing each piece, but you want to look stylish and current, not just cozy.
We recommend keeping it simple, sleek and fun. You can’t go wrong with two of our favorite brands: Adidas by Stella McCartney and Nike. Here are two looks that we love and how to find it for less on Poshmark.
We love this simple hoodie and sweats combo because the updated cut and fit are modern. Plus, the pop of color keeps it fun and fresh.

For every shopaholic, another fall season means a new pair of boots. This year, specifically this season, it is all about the ‘70s. Get ready to jump feet first into autumn as we show you the best pieces to wear this season that bring back retro-cool with rock goddess vibes.
Dress // Coat // Boots
The first look is for all you bohemian babes: think fringe, maxi or knee length dresses and skirts, patchwork prints, and peasant tops. The great part about going bohemian is the flexibility it offers. Most any style of boots can go with your whole entire wardrobe, regardless of the season! We especially love this knee-length dress with a thigh high boot and suede jacket to top it all off.
Scarf // Coat // Denim // Boots
One of the reasons why the ‘70s is a much-loved decade, is because of the momentous change in had in the fashion industry, all thanks to Yves Saint Laurent and Halston. Both designers were pioneers of incorporating menswear and historicism into womenswear. This second look captures to the colors Saint Laurent embedded in his designs, and the minimal look Halston had in his, with midi boots.
Midi booties, have to be our favorite style to wear this season. This style is great for any body type and are the perfect go-to pair for work, a night out, or for an off-duty look on the weekend. Simply recreate this look with ripped denim jeans, an earth-toned coat, bright scarf and midi booties with metal hardware.
Jacket // Blouse // Denim // Boots
One of the key elements in putting an outfit together is texture. Texture adds an extra umph and furthermore, suede has the ability to take us back to the ‘70s for a retro-sophisticated look. Suede boots can make the colors of your outfit seem even richer and the texture has enough impact that you can ditch accessories. Pair suede boots with skinny white denims, a printed blouse and a jacket.

The 10 items of the capsule collection are all black, which makes us love it even more. What else do we love? Low-waisted leather pants, the mesh dress with graphic embellishments and the athletic-inspired leather shorts.
If you can’t take home this collection at full retail, you can still find amazing pieces from this honored designer on Poshmark. How to style the looks? Pair the leather bottoms with a sleeveless top or with a cable-knit jumper, the mesh dress with heels, and the draped dress with sneakers and leather jacket on top, and you might just be mistaken for one of Wang’s models.

There is a special place in our hearts for the too-short run of the series My So-Called Life. How many times did we wish we had friends like Rayanne and Rickie? How badly did we want the perfect bob haircut like Angela?
Perhaps the love comes from the way it perfectly captured the teenage experience, a time when we were waiting for our life to start and learning to accept the parts of ourselves that were different; all the while navigating the daunting social structure of high school. The show refreshingly displayed teenhood in all its angsty, awkward glory. That honesty not only made it inspiring but also groundbreaking. As we move closer to Fall, it is the perfect time to pay homage to our favorite Liberty High students by breaking out the ‘90s-inspired looks.

Angela not only had the best hair, she also had an awesomely relaxed and unique style. Overalls are not only comfortable, they also can be edgy and fashion-forward! Take a hint from Claire Danes and pair them with an awesome attitude and a crop tee, or glam them up with a silk blouse.

Whether it’s a casual lunch or a night out on the town, jumpsuits are everywhere this season. Think you can’t rock this trend? Think again. Jumpsuits can be challenging, but it’s all about choosing the right style for you. To find your perfect jumpsuit, keep these three factors in mind: cut, fabric and print.
If you’re more on the curvy side, it’s best to avoid large prints and styles that are too baggy or overly form-fitting. Be on the lookout for solid colors and neutral prints and smooth fabrics and don’t forget to add a pair of heels for a slimming and elongated effect. You should also consider low necklines and modest embellishment, if any.
When it comes to styling, add a belt to perfectly enhance your waist. For a more flashy look, explore adding colorful or embellished statement necklaces to balance your body proportions and bring on the drama.
For petite figures, choose skinny straps or v-neck styles with a shorter cut, to show off the length of your legs. You’ll want to avoid longer, loose cuts as this can make the body appear smaller in size. Petite frames are best in small patterns and solid colors as this helps make the frame seem taller than it actually is.
For those of you on the slimmer side, explore in loose flowing and printed jumpsuits to add definition to your body and accentuate your curves. Denim jumpsuits and rompers have been a season favorite for slimmer figures. If you decide to go down the denim route, keep in mind that it’s all about a perfect fit. Try to steer clear from denim jumpsuits that hug or sit on your curves as you want to find one that are a bit looser but slim fitting.
By keeping these general rules and your curves in mind, your hunt to finding the perfect jumpsuit will be more fun and easygoing than challenging as you will see your jumpsuit collection grow. Ready to get started? Check out our Jumpsuits and Rompers Showroom!
