Open the listing and review its photos, description, size, condition, and price. Ask the seller any questions you may have, then select Buy Now or Offer. Choose your shipping address and payment method, review the complete order total, and submit your purchase. You can follow its progress from My Purchases.
Before you complete your purchase, you’ll see the full order total at checkout, including the item price, shipping, and any applicable taxes. If the seller has offered discounted shipping or you have an eligible promotion, it will also appear in your order summary.
Eligible luxury items display an Authentication Included badge on the listing. Select items priced at $500 or more are sent to Poshmark for expert authentication before continuing to you. Once the seller ships your purchase, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Delivery timing may vary based on when the seller ships, the carrier, and whether the order requires authentication. You can check the latest status anytime from My Purchases.
Inspect your order promptly to make sure it matches the listing. If everything looks right, accept the order in the app and leave a review. If the item has undisclosed damage, is incorrect, is not as described, or may not be authentic, do not accept it. Posh Protect does not cover returns for fit or a change of mind, so review the listing carefully before purchasing. Check the measurements, read the condition details, and ask the seller questions when needed. If the item isn’t quite right for you, you can always list it in your own Poshmark closet. Items over $100, however, are eligible for Worry-Free Returns for an added fee to the order total.
