Setting Up Your Payment Method

When you start using Promoted Closet, you will be asked to select a payment method. 

While you will not be charged during your free trial, setting up your payment method upfront ensures that your listings will continue to be promoted without disruption once your trial has ended.

You can pay via your credit or debit card. You may also use your Poshmark default payment method, which automatically links to Promoted Closet.

Update your payment method by going to My Promoted Closet from your Account tab, selecting Manage Promotion, and clicking Update beside the current Payment.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for stopping promotion after your free trial or promotion week ends. Opting out of Promoted Closet will take effect the next promotion week, as will any changes to the weekly budget for active promotions.

If your payment method fails, your promotion will be paused until you update it with a valid one. Reach out to support@poshmark.com if payment issues persist.
