I didn’t get an email with the shipping label. What do I do?
No problem. To reprint your shipping label:
On Web
Step 1: Click your profile picture.
Step 2: Select My Sales from the drop down menu.
Step 3: Click on the order.
Step 4: Click New Shipping Label and select a reason.
Step 5: Confirm the information and click Next.
Step 6: Select Send New Label.
In App
Step 1: Go to your Account Tab.
Step 2: Select My Sales.
Step 3: Tap the order
Step 4: Select Need New Shipping Label and an updated label with the current date will be sent to the email address associated with your Poshmark account.
Posh Tip: Make sure you are logged into the email address that is associated with your Poshmark account and triple check your spam or junk folder before requesting a new shipping label.
How many pounds does my prepaid shipping label cover and how do I request a heavier weight label?
You’re covered for packages up to 5 pounds! To print a heavier weight label:
On Web
Step 1: Click your profile picture.

Step 4: Click New Shipping Label and select Need Heavier Weight Label.

How do I request additional labels?
It’s easy in both app and on web! To create multiple labels with different weights:
Step 1: Go to your Account Tab.
Step 2: Select My Sales.
Step 3: Select your order.
Step 4: Select Need New Shipping Label.
Step 5: Select Need Additional Labels.
Step 6: Select the quantity.
Please make sure you select the weight needed for each label so that shipping labels with the correct weight can be generated and sent to you.
Remember, any additional shipping costs for packages over 5 pounds are paid for by the seller and will be automatically deducted from either your Poshmark redeemable balance and/or Posh Credits.

What packaging can I use to ship?
You can use standard boxes, padded envelopes (just make the shipping label is secure!), or you can get free USPS Priority Mail boxes in store or online at www.usps.com.
When can I redeem my earnings or Redeemable Credit?
Once the buyer receives their order, they have a few days to review and accept it. If they do not not accept the order within 3 days of delivery, the funds will automatically be released to your account! You can redeem your earnings via check or direct deposit, but we highly recommend direct deposit as the quickest way to get your cash. In the app simply go to Account Tab > Redeemable > Direct Deposit.
How do I communicate with potential buyers?
You can chat directly with your buyers by tagging them (i.e. using the @ sign followed by their username) on a listing or Bundle!
What if a buyer wants to purchase multiple styles?
Sharing to the buyer’s Bundle is the way to go! To start a Bundle, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the listing in your closet you want to share.
Step 2: Click the Share button.
Step 3: Click the buyer you wish to share to.
Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 for all the items the buyer is interested in.
In App
Step 1: Go to the listing in your closet you want to share.

How do I edit the price or photos on a Wholesale Market listing?
Changing the price, pics, and more is easy. To edit your listings, follow the steps below.
On Web
Step 1: Go to any listing in your closet.
Step 2: Click Edit Listing.
Step 3: Make your changes.
Step 4: Click Update.
In App
Step 1: Go to any listing in your closet.
Step 2: Tap Edit in the upper right hand corner.
Step 3: Make your changes.
Step 4: Select Next.
Step 5: Tap List.
What information should I include for my Wholesale listing?
Listing your inventory on Poshmark is quick and easy! When listing Wholesale, it is important to include the following:
On Web
Step 1: Click Sell on Poshmark located in the upper right hand corner.
Step 2: Select the Upload Photos button and pick the images you would like to upload.
Posh Tip: We suggest taking hi-res images of products from multiple angles (front, back, and side) to show as much detail of your inventory as possible.
Step 3: For the title section, please include: Brand Name “Name of Item.” For example: Modern Citizen “Ella Blouse”
Step 4: Please include the following information in the description section in this exact format:
Item name:
Quantity:
Sizes in Pack:
Suggested Retail Price:
Material content:
Made in:
Description Example:
Item Name: Modern Citizen “Ella Blouse”
Quantity: 5 Blouses
Sizes in Pack: 2 Medium, 3 Small
Suggested Retail Price: $60
Material content: 25% Polyester, 75% Cotton Made in China
Step 5: Under the category section, select the relevant category and subcategory for your pack.
Step 6: For quantity, click multi item.
Step 7: In the size section, select custom and type in a custom size. Then click save and apply. Some examples of custom sizing are: 2S 2M 2L.
Step 8: Once you enter the custom size for the pack, select the quantity in the Available column.
Posh Tip: If you have more than one size configuration for your pack, you can add a second custom size by clicking Add another size and repeating the above steps. steps 7 and 8.
Step 9: Select Yes under the New With Tags section and select No for Add this item to your Boutique.
Step 10: Select your brand’s name or type it in if it can’t be found.
Step 11: Select the color that best represents the item.
Step 12: For the Listing Price, enter the cumulative wholesale price of all the items in the pack. For example, 6 items X $10 each= $60 pack price.
Step 13: After all the above information is entered, select Next and List This Item.
