What can we expect to see shared to the Host Picks Showroom? Laid back glam, although well thought out, should seem effortless. I’m looking for pieces that are styled well. The brand isn’t as
important as the way you put things together to showcase your own personal style. The cover photo must be creative enough to draw people to your closet.

What are you favorite laid back glam trends and pieces? Lately, since we’re transitioning into spring, I’ve been drawn to slip dresses, everything lace, bright colors and florals.

What can we expect to see shared to the Host Picks Showroom? Expect to see effortless street style with edge, texture combinations, and class. Some of my favorite brands include Rag & Bone, TopShop, One Teaspoon, Cameo, and Vince.

What are you favorite street style trends and pieces? My current street obsessions are leather jackets and denim! Leather and denim is a forever staple in my closet. Not only is it the perfect addition to your wardrobe but you can literally layer anything with it.

What can we expect to see shared to the Host Picks Showroom? You can expect a lot of fashionable, trendy pieces and of course, a lot of lace! In my opinion, you can never go wrong with lace.

What are you favorite street trends and pieces? I am absolutely obsessed with pairing distressed denim and heels together. Especially lace ups or ankle strap heels. Whether it be boyfriend denim or a simple skinny fit denim ripped at one knee or both, it makes such a bold, effortless look. I recently created a tear at the knee in one of my own pairs of black denim. It’s such a simple thing you can do on your own to achieve that look(and save yourself some money to spend on another trendy item). I’ve also seen cut off hems at the ankles instead of a clean finished hem paired with nude pumps. I believe denim is such a statement piece when it comes to achieving that street style look.

Another trend I love is the all neutral look. It especially looks so trendy with the long waterfall coats. With spring coming, a lighter weight, slouchy long belted, neutral coat looks just as bold and makes a great layering piece. For me, neutrals make street style more wearable for me. I can easily play around with it when I want to feel more grungy but still have a feminine feel to it.

Last but not least, plaid and leather will always be timeless when it comes to this style. Recently, I’ve been loving oversized plaid shirt dresses paired with a leather jacket propped over the shoulders, ankle boots and a structured bag. Tying a plaid shirt around the waist to a street style outfit also creates an effortless, grungy look.
