When am I covered?
If you ever find your order is wrong, damaged or missing, please contact us immediately by filing a case. Poshmark has a process in place where we work with you through the refund process. The return process starts with you submitting us photos of the problem through the app or on the web, where you’ll be prompted to take photo proof and describe the problem. To best help you in a timely manner, please be sure to include several well-lit photos clearly showing the problem areas, as well as a detailed description.
Posh Protect also assists with any misrepresented orders not as described as well as replica issues.
With Posh Concierge, enjoy complimentary verification and authentication on premium designer items sold at for $500 or more. As a part of this service, your purchase will be shipped to Poshmark where our team of luxury experts will inspect it, package it with love and care, and ship it to you. Processing is typically completed within 24-48 hours of it being received by Poshmark.
How do I use Posh Protect?
If you find an issue with your item within three days of delivery, don’t sweat it! Please file a report on our website or directly through the app. If it’s past the three day time frame, simply shoot the Poshmark team an email at email@example.com with the order number and a clear description of the issue you are experiencing. We will look into the matter and assist you the best way we can.
