  1. Be Responsive

The best way to seal the deal on a potential sale is to be readily available for all inquiries. If your potential seller has a question regarding measurements, fit, or other details, be sure to respond in a timely manner. Don’t forget to ensure your notifications are on to keep you in the loop! If the interested buyer doesn’t hear back from you, she just may find the perfect gift elsewhere.

  1. Stock Up On Supplies

Make sure you have any shipping supplies necessary on hand now. Order some free Priority Mail boxes from USPS and stock up on some festive wrapping.

  1. Be Ready to Ship

Make sure the items you’re selling are package-ready. If your item needs to be steamed, laundered, or anything else, do it now so the second it sells, you can box it right up and send it off.

  1. Stay Organized

When packaging up multiple sales, take great care not to mix up orders as this can cause delays for your buyer as well as getting that hard-earned money in your pocket! Your best bet is to package each order one at a time.

  1. Play it Safe

Beware any potential Grinch and don’t leave packages unattended for your postman to pick up. Request a pick-up at your door from USPS or, better yet, take your item directly to the post office and get a receipt.

And remember, December 21st is the last day USPS will guarantee Poshmark packages will arrive in time for Christmas! Happy holidays, Poshers!

  1. It would be fantastic if Poshmark would offer FREE SHIPPING for the rest of December, Posh HQ! Think like a retailer- shoppers want free shipping at the holidays.
And to be honest, Closet Clear Out is getting old. 🙁 As a seller, I have to keep lowering price and many working buyers can’t shop within the same hour. Let’s get some excitement created with a new marketing Push for this last stretc of holiday shopping please!!
