Can someone help me?? My closet just disappeared while I was loading some sales and now it is gone. I have submitted multiple support tickets and now I cannot follow anyone or load new items on the site. I must of clicked on something wrong but I can’t get support to contact me and the phone number that is listed goes to a full mailbox. Not to mention, I am owed $85 and nothing has posted to my account. I am so upset and frustrated – HELP!!!
I do not feel the shoes I bought are authentic “Borne” . The leather isn’t the real thing..not happy. ☹️
Daughter lives in Houston and we are both on Poshmark. But when I found out how expensive the tickets were for the convention, we couldn’t afford the airline fare and the ticket both. Any chance of doing a senior discount? What about a work exchange/volunteer entry? Thank you so much. Otherwise sorry to miss it.
Not being a technical type, I can’t figure out why my stuff is not coming up in searches. But I’ve asked about this before for the last two years, Also many times when someone likes an item of mine, their name does not make it to the listing page so I cannot send an offer. These both seem like tech problems. thank you so much, Trina
Trina that happened to me also but I quickly realized that when doing a search for your stuff you go to Shop, type in what you are looking for then you will see some additional options come up. Look for the Filters option then click on it. This will show all your filters. Make sure it’s set to ALL. Mine was set to “My Size” so it was only showing me all items in my size only. Lol and I was attempting to see some shoes I had just posted in a size 10.. Hope this helps!
I’m looking for my order
What does NIOB mean? thanks
Possibly New In Open Box
Suggestion: When someone purchases an item from you, You should be able to automatically pull up their user name to message them thanking them for the sale and letting them know shipping status. I have inadvertently messaged the wrong person because posh doesn’t automatically add their user ID to my list of pre-filled people. Please add this.
I support your suggestion
You should be able to send them a thank you by clicking on the Notification that will bring up the details of the sale and if you scroll all the way down you will see a Send comment to buyer option. You can click on there and thank them for the purchase. That’s how I do it. Hope this helps.
How do you remove items from your likes and items you’ve bought?
Just click on the heart and refresh the page
Question, not comment!!! Why isn’t there a way to search for a particular seller? It’s so frustrating!! I have favorite closets and am unable to enter their username and go directly there… Why doesn’t posh have this feature??? C’mon!!
Hi Diane, in the app, go to your feed and the upper left corner to see the people finder icon. You can search closets that way. You can also browse closets you’re following from your closet. If you need further help, please reach out to support@poshmark.com.
you can use the @ symbol and then put the name for example type @poshuser (poshuser is an example name)
Does anyone knits why when I yet to share someone’s closet, it didn’t give the option to share to my followers? Only to social pages???
Hi Tamara, at this time you can only share individual listings, not entire closets, to your Poshmark followers.
Hi I ordered these shoes and she hasn’t said anything and hasn’t been on how could I get my money back
Hi Paula, please reach out to support@poshmark.com for assistance on specific orders.
Quick question: I often see my listed items being added to “bundles” then they are never sold 🙁 what does this mean? Are posher just contemplating on buying my items?
Perfectly primped, These notifications serve as a way to let you know there is interest in your items even if they haven’t yet completed the purchase.
Regarding photos flipping you may try the following: Go to photo gallery, select original photo, click edit, click rotate and save edited pict. Go back and Post Edited Photo. Hope this helps. If there is a more direct way, I’m eager to hear!!! Thanks much.
Hello! I just read the info up top. Is there a way to clear out when someone is following You notifications….etc….from awhile back? Like a year ago?
Hi Carol, see here about adjusting your app notifications: https://poshmark.com/posh_guide/how_to_adjust_notifications. If this doesn’t answer your question, please reach out to support@poshmark.com and someone can help you directly. Thanks!
what does it mean when someone adds one of your items “to a bundle”. but aren’t bundling it with other things from your closet?
Hi Allison, this means that someone was in the process of adding items to a bundle via our Bundle feature. If only one item was added, perhaps it was done by mistake or they decided against adding another item.
Some poshers do this for important items as well as what was stated by PM. Items that I dont want to get lost in my sea of “likes”, often are place in a bundle. This way, i can find it more easily because that section is not as full as my LIKES section. I do that with purchases I want to buy within the next few weeks and also with closets I want to follow up with just in case they add new items before that purchase, which i then add it to my bundle. Could be a half a dozen reasons but except it as a good sign:)

Please tell me you’ve found a solution to the photos being flipped upside down? I’ve tried the third party app flipping and now it’s turning them sideways? Help please. 🙁 I just want to make my first item listing!
Hi Stacey, we’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue. Please reach out to support@poshmark.com describing the experience and include the device and app version so someone can help you directly.
I see the abbreviation ISO often, usually when someone is just looking for a particular item. Can anyone tell me what this stands for?
